Xiaomi has officially announced a limited edition version of its flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra, introducing three new custom colors inspired by Leica’s classic camera design. The new color options—blue, purple, and khaki—bring a refined and fashionable look that blends luxury with practicality, aiming to appeal to users who appreciate both aesthetics and functionality.

Alongside the new color scheme, Xiaomi has launched a set of three matching Fashion Photography Kits. These kits are lighter than the previously released Professional Photography Kit, weighing just 42 grams.

Designed for everyday usability, the new kit integrates seamlessly with a protective case and features a two-stage shutter button and an independent video recording button. However, it forgoes certain elements from the earlier model, such as a dial and zoom knob. Lanyard holes are positioned on both sides of the case, allowing users to attach a color-matched lanyard for enhanced convenience and visual appeal. Apart from that, availability and pricing are not yet known.
In addition to the limited edition release, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra continues to be available in its original color variants: black and silver, pine and cypress green, white, and black. Since its initial launch, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has remained one of the most powerful smartphones in the global market, especially recognized for its advanced imaging capabilities.
The phone features a Leica quad-camera system consisting of a 14mm ultra-wide lens, a 23mm main lens, a 70mm medium-telephoto lens, and a 100mm ultra-telephoto lens. The main camera uses the Sony LYT900 sensor, a 1-inch large-format sensor that supports dual native ISO Fusion Max technology and delivers a dynamic range of up to 15EV per frame. It represents the highest light intake ever achieved on a Xiaomi smartphone.
The 100mm super telephoto lens is powered by Samsung’s HP9 sensor, measuring 1/1.4 inches and equipped with a wide ƒ/2.6 aperture. This setup enables a lossless zoom range of up to 400mm, equivalent to 28x magnification, offering exceptional long-range photographic capabilities.
Internally, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Extreme Edition processor and features a 2K full-depth four-micro-curved AMOLED display. It houses a 6000mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 80W wireless fast charging, delivering performance and endurance for demanding users. The new custom color edition further reinforces the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s position as a premium device, combining top-tier performance with iconic camera styling.
