Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro Specifications Surfaced Online

A couple of months ago, Xiaomi unveiled its flagship phones, the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra, at the MWC event in Barcelona. Now, the company seems to be gearing up for another international launch. New leaks have surfaced online revealing the camera and battery specifications for the upcoming Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro models. The latest information suggests that Xiaomi is preparing to continue its competitive push in the mid-to-premium smartphone segment by refining its imaging hardware and battery capabilities.

According to the leak, the Xiaomi 15T Pro will feature a triple rear camera setup, largely mirroring the optics of the standard Xiaomi 15. The primary sensor is a 50MP OVX9100 unit, offering high-resolution photography with improved light capture and detail. Accompanying this is a 13MP OV13B ultra-wide-angle camera, likely designed for expansive landscape shots and group photos. The telephoto duties are handled by a 50MP Samsung JN5 sensor, providing enhanced zoom capabilities while maintaining image clarity.

On the front, the Xiaomi 15T Pro reportedly uses an S5KKDS sensor, though details about its resolution and performance remain scarce. This could potentially be a new or customized selfie camera module, but further confirmation is awaited from official or credible sources.

Anyway, the standard Xiaomi 15T will be powered by a 5500mAh battery, paired with 67W fast charging, which should offer solid endurance and reasonably quick top-ups. Meanwhile, the Pro variant takes things up a notch, featuring the same 5500mAh capacity but upgraded with 90W fast charging support. This bump in wattage will significantly reduce charging times, making it more convenient for power users. Overall, battery performance looks promising in the Xiaomi 15T series, but reasonably lower than its counterpart, the Redmi K80 Ultra, which has 7410 mAh.

These leaked specifications suggest that Xiaomi aims to provide users with a balanced mix of performance, camera versatility, and battery life. While the company has yet to confirm the launch date, the consistent stream of leaks indicates an imminent debut. If accurate, these improvements could place the Xiaomi 15T series among the more compelling options in the upper mid-range smartphone market in 2025.

At present, the appearance of the Xiaomi 15T series has not yet been determined, but it may refer to the Redmi K80 Extreme Edition. Sources predict that the new phone will be released in the global market in the second half of 2025, and the specific details will need to wait for the official announcement.
